Eydís Dögg Eiríksdóttir, Service Manager
Eydís Dögg Eiríksdóttir assumed the position of Service Manager at the beginning of 2024. She oversees exciting projects to service current customers while leading improvements to Orkusalan's service processes in line with its vision.
"I am incredibly fortunate to have the opportunity to be part of a fantastic group of people working at Orkusalan. My role as Service Manager is a new position that I am very excited to tackle and shape. I worked for a long time at a financial company managing collection services and come with considerable experience that will benefit me in this new role while also having the opportunity to grow and learn about new operations," says Eydís.
"The projects are diverse when it comes to servicing our customers and span across all areas of the company, which makes the job very interesting and enjoyable. The energy market is incredibly exciting, and ahead are challenging projects to maintain excellent service with the continued development of service solutions and processes that I look forward to tackling with the strong team at Orkusalan,” says Eydís.

"Laughter lengthens life and shortens the workday. It’s fun to be around people with good humor and laugh often and much, whether it’s with family, friends, or co-workers. It’s so essential to have fun alongside all our daily hustle and to sometimes joke about things, oneself, and others. Also, I’m a country girl, so I have to mention that a proper country dance is old and good fun for me," says Eydís.
