Gunnhildur Jónsdóttir, Specialist in Business Systems
Gunnhildur started working at Orkusalan in 2020 as a sales and service consultant but since 2021 she has been working as a specialist in business systems. "My main tasks as a specialist in business systems are to monitor the company's revenue, manage billing processes and collection matters. We are also exploring data processing and how we can use business intelligence to perfect our processes," says Gunnhildur.
What makes Orkusalan a good workplace?
"Definitely the staff and the workplace atmosphere, which is unlike anything I've experienced before. Flexible working hours and a very family-friendly workplace that suits well when you have two small children," says Gunnhildur, who has just returned to work after maternity leave.
What is fun for you?
Gunnhildur is a lot of fun and finds few things more enjoyable than having fun with a group of good friends. "Fun for me is blasting good music and being with a group of good friends. Making sure to always have something to look forward to and enjoying the moment," says Gunnhildur.
