Lilja Sóley Pálsdóttir, Chief Accountant
Lilja started working at Orkusalan in October 2021 as the Chief Accountant and has therefore been with the company for almost two years.
“In my role as Chief Accountant I oversee various tasks in the finance department such as booking invoices, process automation, payroll processing, supervision, information reporting, and much more,” says Lilja

“There are so many things that make Orkusalan a great workplace. Here, the tasks are diverse and a lot of emphasis is placed on making sure everyone's opinions are heard and matter,” says Lilja
“It also matters a lot to me that Orkusalan is a family-friendly workplace with flexible working hours. Last but not least, the staff is absolutely amazing and the work atmosphere is accordingly,” says Lilja
What is fun for you?
“Fun for me includes surrounding myself with fun people, which is very characteristic of the workplace, as a lot of emphasis is placed on fun at Orkusalan,” says Lilja, who plays a big part in keeping the fun spirit up at Orkusalan.
