Magnús has worked at Orkusalan for about 15 years as the company‘s CEO or almost since its founding.
,,My main tasks as CEO are to lead the company in the right direction in line with the company‘s policy. I work very closely with all areas of the company to follow our strategies and plans with the aim of ensuring excellent results and efficient operations. What also gives me particular pleasure at work are our interesting projects that have great and positive significance for our environment, customers and society, says Magnús

,,Number one, two and three is that I find it very important to have fun at work and it doesn‘t hurt that we are in constant FUN all day long, says Magnús but this is reflected in the foundation that the company has laid down when it comes to the atmosphere at Orkusalan.
,,FUN simply combines all the fun things we can think of and puts everyone in a good mood!" says Magnús, who is known for regularly pressing the fun button located at Orkusalan headquarters.
