Sigmundína started working at Orkusalan in 2019 as a sales and service consultant and has thus been employed by the company for over three years.
,,Alongside work, I was studying remotely and graduated from HA as a business administrator. Now I work as a marketing specialist at Orkusalan and have been in this role for almost two years," Says Sigmundína
,,My main tasks at Orkusalan include managing the company's social media, organizing events, and strengthening Orkusalan’s appearance & image. My day usually starts with a good cup of coffee and going over Asana to gear myself up for the day," Says Sigmundína

,,My boss is the first to cheer if something is well done, to share joy when things go well, and also the first to be there if something comes up; it is not a given that this becomes personal," says Sigmundína
What does fun mean to you?
,,My mantra is – you make your own happiness, and the same goes for fun, you create your own fun," says Sigmundína and adds; ,,Dancing to good music, exercising, traveling, and spending time with friends and family," as Sigmundína is known for organizing great staff days where she has shown great skills, both on the dance floor and in karaoke.
